The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. :::::: Scroll down for BIO in it's entirety :::::: HERB STROBINO'S interest in art began during his grade school years doing amature sketches of comic strip characters and black and white portraits of family, friends and family pets. During his high school years he doubled up his courses in art which were helpful in learning the application of most mediums. Many of his high school pieces qualified for exhibiting in local and state competition resulting in occasional blue ribbon awards. After high school and serving 2 years in The U.S. Navy, in World War II, he began his art career doing reproductions for silk screening which later directed him to...
